Rouse Company! Though I think the family is out of the corp as of this year. The ideals were neat (I get funky about planned communities.)
Where you live will depend on how carred you are. I'll say straight up that public transit other than MARC pretty much sucks. Columbia is probably 30 minutes from central baltimore, but that is contingent on beltway traffic.
