I killed the thread.

Huh.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Everybody's gone to bed already, Perkins.

zzzzzzz

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Nope. I'm still here. DF is snoring on the couch, the dog is on the loveseat, one cat is in the bathroom sink, and the other is on top of the dog's cage.

I just don't have anything interesting to say. Boring, thy face is mine.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

For me fever is anything over 98 and BOY do I notice it. Cramps bump me up to 99 F and I feel like I'm in a steamroom. Bleah.

With a low-grade fever, the palms of my hands and soles of my feet feel unbearably hot. Once I go above 99.5, that disappears, but I get shaky and feeble, I have no energy, and I usually alternate between feeling too cold and too hot.

Smart people. I should have, but instead I am watching bad TV.

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I'm not asleep. I'm kind of bored, and wondering what I should do for dinner. Hi, Perkins!

When I get a fever, my bones feel a little bit fragile, and my skin feels prickly, and like my body doesn't fit together like it should. Sometimes there's the hot and cold thing, and usually there's a need for sleep. Also, I apparently look really pretty when I'm feverish, since I almost always get several compliments. Which is, you know, kind of sad.

Your tag here.

I know you're all waiting for this update: the cat jumped off the cage and proceeded to hop on the ottoman, draping herself across my ankle.

I am the lamest of them all. Fear me. Or not. At least the four of you are on the West Coast. I've moved from bad TV to infomercials. I know, now you're really jealous.

Hi Alibelle! eta (and Eddie, and MFNlaw!)

Also, I apparently look really pretty when I'm feverish, since I almost always get several compliments.

Well, sure. I always say, nothing says sexy to me quite as strongly as contagiousness does.

Until you compare it to ringworm. Then all bets are off.
