I look more rad than Lutheranism

Thanks, Steph. I've bookmarked your post for future reference.

You're welcome, and I mean it. "E" me, or call me. Or carrier-pigeon me. Whatever you craxy New Yorkers do.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh my lord.

My mom used to make cupcakes using ice cream cones to hold the batter instead of cupcake wrappers. Good stuff.

We in the midwest care too much about the environment to contribute to the smog problem by sending smoke signals, which is what makes us morally superior to you smog-laden, environment-hating, drum-banging New Yorkers.

We just abuse carrier pigeons by tying really heavy letters to their legs.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Anyone watch CSI last night? How funny was it to see Marge Helgenberger making out with her own husband? Al I could think of was how embarassed their kids must be. They had some great scenes together--LOVE when he comes to her house and she stands up to him. Lotta talent in that family.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

With the smoking ban, it gets a little confusing sometimes... Is that just a smoke ring, or is Timmy in trouble??

I suspect NYers really use spitballs.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Doesn't baking the icecream cone burn it?

Doctor's appointment made for 4:15.
