Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

Hey! It could happen.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hello, did you not see the long-time girlfriend (known to the American Movie-Going Public as "Harley Mom")? Gulager's got nookie on tap.

No appreciable portion of American life takes place in California. With that thought, I leave you for the evening.

Some among you may now exhale.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, I'm disappointed in the promo -- they should have let that hang at least for the week.

I am so disappointed in Katie Holmes. She could have stayed miles away from this guy.

No shit, napping now.

Our wings are not tired.

No tv for me. Whee! Cinco de Mayo! Just got home and I need to shower before I go to bed because I smell like an ashtray. Oh well. Fun was had. Alas, in 6 hours I must get the boys up and do the car pool thing.

unwinding now

and sobbing because my stolen without permission tag was yanked

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Am I too late to chime in with an "Of course you can, Tom!" ?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Well, I did my good deed for the day. I went out to the Cooper-Young restaurant district for a late supper, and while parking my car was approached by a woman on the verge of tears who was visiting from San Francisco, couldn't find a ride or bus to the place she was staying, and had been more or less laughed at by local cops when she asked for help. (Local cops whose highly difficult and dangerous job tonight was patrolling an artsy gay neighborhood where the most serious crime was someone serving overpriced sushi amid pretentious decor, mind you.) So I took the time to drive her where she needed to go, thinking all the while that I was going to be really mad at myself if she pulled a knife or gun on me. Happily all ended well.
