We didn't have sex, if that's what you mean. That's all I do now, not have sex.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

DAVE!!!!

Okay, no, that makes me very sad. He's ... well, apart from insanely talented has never been anything other than stunningly sweet and genuine to me. I really hope it's something harmless and stupid and that's not messing with his family.

It's been forever since I've had a migraine that lasted this long. Which is why I tried to go teach today, despite staying home from real-work. I fear I wasn't very useful, and I'm back home despite being assigned to teach again at 8:45.

So far I've fed it Imitrex, Tylenol, Aleve and Darvocet. I was trying to avoid the Flexoril (I hate the hangovers), but I need to cave.

My USC cousin has invited me to her graduation. Which is next Thursday at 8am. I've seen her twice in LA during her whole degree (she is finishing a year early, but that's no excuse). I should go, but fuck. Thursday. 8AM.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Orlando Bloom is on Dave RiGHT NOW!

"When I look at people that I would like to feel have been a mentor or an inspiring kind of archetype of what I'd love to see my career eventually be mentioned as a footnote for in the same paragraph, it would be, like, Bowie." ~Trent Reznor

Dave's not here, man.

...I'm sorry.

That seems likely. I would be amazed if Ann Coulter believes much of anything she says.
She has said in interviews that a lot of what she says is for the sake of being inflammatory. She's actually very smart--she knows exactly what she has to do to make a lot of money at her job. Helps when you're ruthless too.

Well, it'd help me get release.

If I only had a brain...

Damn, ita, I'm so sorry. Anti-headache-ma southward to you.

Thanks Betsy. Hopefully the Flexoril will kick it out.

Perkins! Are your cats a fan of this guy?

Leather clothing's not work appropriate, is it? I have a leather wrap skirt that I soon won't be able to wear because of the weather, and I'd like to give it a spin.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Why not, ita? As long as it's paired with a business appropriate top and shoes, not a chain-link halter and come f**k me boots, a skirt is always good. Oh, and your panties can't show.

Oh. I wasn't going to wear that skirt.

I figure I'll give it a shot with a light sweater tomorrow. Even if it is a code violation, it's such a minor infraction compared to what's out there at the office.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Are your cats a fan of this guy?

Hee! I saw that name too!
