Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

And, Cindy, he must. At least, he knows I was pregnant and now I'm not.
Then taking Robin's advice one step further, I'd suggest your dh talk to him (not you) and not even argue about the condition of the apt. He can just say something like, "It's been hard for us to keep up. -t wasn't feeling well when she was pregnant, and losing the baby has hit us both hard. We weren't planning on leaving this soon. We'll give the place a good scrubbing."

Then you want to get out of there as soon as possible, because the guy sounds completely unreasonable, and like someone who's looking for an excuse to keep your deposit.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's good advice, Cindy, I'll mention that to Henry.

Honestly, I wrote of us geting our deposit back the week after we moved in when I overheard the previous tenant yelling at him for not wanting to give her her deposit after he had commented on how clean the place was during our walk through. She got her deposit, but I'm not so willing to scream and make a scene. So if that's his problem he could really chill out a lot more.

That would be the one. In fact, I happen to know that she's working today because she called me this morning to find out when I'm coming down there.

Yet another thing I won't be getting to until June, but I'll probably want to meet her next weekend...

Nope. We're safe on that front. Haven't received the iPod yet.

I just want this paper DONE. I'm really ok. Just needed to get that out. And this paper is crap.
