Zoe: Planet's coming up a mite fast. Wash: That's just cause, I'm going down too quick. Likely crash and kill us all. Mal: Well, that happens, let me know.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, ChiKat. That totally sucks! I hope he can change his plans back. How very, very frustrating.

Chi, that sucks. Makes me want to yell, "Mmmmooooommmm!!! He started it!!"

Now tagless for your comfort.

Chi, that is of the suck!

Raquel, that website (as well as the picture of Mal) is AWESOME. Diplobrat is so. damn. funny.

I need to:

  • Complete work.
  • Marinate burgers (for tonight) and steaks (for tomorrow night).
  • Make deviled eggs.
  • Cut up tomato and lettuce.
  • Clean bathroom and kitchen.
  • Pack for weekend get-away

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Thanks, y'all. It does suck. I just hope my brother can change his plans back. Blech.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Ooh, I forgot to mention from this morning--Mal is a beautiful baby.

Annabel has learned to climb. May God have mercy upon my soul. Fortunately she had only started investigating the hold tags dangling from the library books, not the books themselves. And she can only climb really low things. But I know it's only a matter of time before half our childproofing is for naught. No more putting things on the sideboard behind the sofa, or trusting to chairs shoved up against something to keep it out of her reach.

t cries

Because books.

Mal is beautiful, and Raquel's site is a riot. I just finished surfing through a minute ago. Diplobrat. Heh.

No more putting things on the sideboard behind the sofa, or trusting to chairs shoved up against something to keep it out of her reach.

Wait till you find moving a chair away from the dining room table to climb up on it. And then from there ONTO THE TABLE itself.

t still crying

If I only had a brain...

Gah. I hate my job, and I can't talk about why yet. Suffice it to say that today I hate my job.

Me too. I am onboard with Team JobHate. Anybody loving their job extra much today?

Coding and Sleeping

I don't like my current project, but not really with the overall job hate. OTOH, other parts of my life suck enough to make up for it.
