I barely remember my interview, but I'd say just be really enthusiastic about coffee. They'll probably ask what his favorite Starbucks drink is. (And, you know, the usual customer service interview stuff like wear nice clothes, be polite and upbeat.)

I got into a car accident in the parking lot of the psychiatrist's office right before my visit. I'm fine. My car is mostly fine. I was stopped after pulling into a space, waiting for the car behind me to move past me, when she scraped by my car and then got at and yelled at me for backing into her. I was shaking and a mess by the time I got to the doctor's office, and then had to go over all of my medical history and depression/anxiety symptoms.
