I figure I don't care which orange colored non-potato tuber I'm eating as I likes em all. But my favorite way to make them is Spicy Peanut Yam Casserole. I make it for every Thanksgiving as an alternative to the sweet marshmallow dishes. (Which I have nothing against, but my sweet tooth prefers pie, and my spicy tooth prefers chili pepper flaked yams.) It's also good as a vegan alternative for Thansgiving fare.
I don't get anxiety attacks (and hearts out to those who do). My brain sort of went to a bad place the other night and thank goodenss for the wonder that is IM so friends can "talk" sense into you. Helped immensely. As did the tears. Did you know you can get rid of stress proteins by crying? I've felt better about crying ever since I learned that. Point is, since it's not really MEMEMEME, have a good cry when you can and I hope that helps.
DH called from Des Moines. He's going to be late getting home tonight so O and I are on our own for dinner again. *sigh*

I actually did start back up with my therapist a couple weeks ago. I think I may need to talk to him about medication next week, because I need some backup while working through all the others stuff.

Like, eating/drinking the lemon/juice? That's interesting. I can't think of a place to get that now, but if it works, I may keep one here for the next "situation."

I've never even heard of stress proteins! But I'm glad that crying makes them go away.
