Mal: Then I call it a win. What's the problem? Inara: Should I start with the part where you're stranded in the middle of nowhere, or the part where you have no clothes?

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Totally unrelated, my parents' flight has not left Amsterdam yet. It was supposed to leave two hours ago. Poor things are probably all exhausted waiting in the airport and stuff. I hope they get some good sleep on the flight so they are functioning enough to drive home when they get in.

This messes up my day, though, too, as I'm supposed to pick them up at the airport. Thank goodness for computers, so I can watch what time they are estimated to arrive.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm sure it will be fine, vw, but here's some sanity~ma, because everyone can use a little sanity.

Distance learning platforms can refer to the methods used for distance learning, such as websites, e-mail, online forums, videoconferencing, chat rooms, bulletin boards and instant messaging. It can also refer to proprietary programs or systems. In other words, you need more information, but you're probably familiar enough with the concepts to apply.

Ok. Cool. That's kind of what I thought it was. Too bad I haven't taken any online courses yet...I have one possibly planned for the summer, but for sure for the fall. If nothing else, I'm a really quick learner when it comes to computer stuff. I'm sure I'd still be well-qualified for the position. It's not my first choice anyway, so...

ION, I love the Internet.

My parents' flight has left the gate, but not actually taken off. At least it's moving in some way, though. Of course, now they're arriving right in the midst of rush hour. Yay!

Ann, that's a ferret.

Much rush-hour-ma, vw.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I can't listen at work - what's the song?

Sooo cute.

It's the ABC song, although, like many singers, he had to fake it a bit at the end. He has the ABC part down, though.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I am dead from the cute.

This is going to play havoc with my work schedule today.
