You know, I just... I woke up, and I looked in the mirror, and I thought, hey, what's with all the sin? I need to change. I'm... I'm dirty. I'm, I'm bad with the... sex and the envy and that, that loud music us kids listen to nowadays.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Is it normal for Owen to thump his head on stuff, purposely?

Not that we really want to use my children as examples of normal, but yes, if we go by my children, especially Aidan.

Going to check out the betsy link. I'm in the mood to be frightened.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Deena, I just see it as they're doing what we all WANT to do about the world most of the time.

I should go back and count the head-thunking that occurs just in this thread.

Our wings are not tired.

The boys never thumped their heads on stuff, but they have been the cause of their mother doing so on any number of occasions.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Betsy's links frighten me.

That one scared me, not because of the He Man stuff, but because I clicked on the fanfic link...

(Am scared of non-Toonverse Bats/WW)

Kara did it more when she was mad, also slapped herself sometimes. Aidan seems to do it in the spirit of scientific inquiry. If that hurt a little, will this one hurt a lot? *ka-THUNK* Oh yes.

Kids are weird, funny creatures. How in the world do they grow up to be us?

Time to go tuck the roisterers in. We've moved bedtime back a little because they kept waking up in the night. It was intended to be 8:30-9:00, but tonight's been a little busy.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

appears from nowhere

Yay Burrells and welcome Isaac!

I have been on bedrest for the past 2 days with plan to be so tomorrow. I am NOT pregnant, I have sprained my back. Saw the chiro yesterday and she said, "Yeah, it's bad." So....Em still goes to school thanks to her Uncle E and I lay on the couch. All day. Icing my back and napping. I've never been so bored in all my life.

Ouch! Poor Aimee! Although I wouldn't say no to the napping.

The only parenting guide I'll ever need.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I am a mac-using fool. Bwhahahahahahhaahha! I figured out how to unscrew up the screwing up I previously did to iChat, and now I can ... um... chat.

Except that iChat is essentially only working the IM thing for me. Thbbbpt.

Dan, those hours so are not your style. Thbbbpt to them for foisting 'em off on ya.

Talked to my bosslady today, mentioned I was having obvious work-guilt dreams during this vacation. She laughed and reassured me they were doing ok without me, but please to come back next week for my regular hours.
