It was surreal. I was just sitting on the couch with my comfy throw, drinking my coffee, when the parents come into my nice clean apartment with armfuls and armfuls of stuff. I just didn't understand what was happening. It wasn't until they started to leave, and the older one started to cry, and they said "It will be ok to sleep over here, don't be scared!", that I finally figured out what was going on.
3 and 5? There definitely should have been some conversation about that beforehand.
I want to be there if ita ever really meets Deena's kids.
