[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

That's a long interview, Ellen. Much job~ma to you.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

You can, but you probably rocked it

Not when the main interviewer kept saying, "You do know about all the jobs available in R & D right now, don't you? You'd be perfect for them." I finally had to tell him none of them pay more than what I'm making now, no incentive. I started to wonder what the hell I was doing there.

I'll take the raspberry bar, vw. Thanks!

eta: Thanks, sj.

What is even happening?

Anyone have any idea if this is possible or if I should join in and make a dental appointment?
It's possible, but it's a two-street, so you probably should have them checked. My old roommate had persistent sinus infections. Her MD finally referred her to a dentist. In the end, she needed a root canal. On the other hand, I have gone to a dentist with tooth/face pain, and they've found nothing, but once my sinuses calmed down, the pain went away.

I should add that I really don't want to go. Does that have any impact on the analysis?

Crap. I was afraid of that.

Hey. New board.

Meanwhile, we all KNEW that Rory wouldn't be able to just blithely hangout and have sex with Logan, right? Even though she thought she could.

I'm still only on the tenth episode of the season. Logan, to me, is still at the flirtation-with-obvious-pointing-to-future-romantic-interest stage. He was always obvious, though, I mean... he's Tristan. And I'm still annoyed that Tristan-flirting never went anywhere, so I'm re-living season one vicariously. My Logan evidence for anti-slut justification was gained entirely through suspicious recap-skimming.

Oy. How annoying. And paternalistic.

Thanks for the job~ma, libkitty. It is never too late for that.

And get yourself to the dentist!

I made the appointment. After describing to my dentist's office, they agreed that I should come in. Tomorrow. Damn.
