Susan, I find Greenlake harder to walk than Seward (though this is the first time I've walked Seward), which may be the press of people part at the former, or the lack of quiet rest spaces, or just the feeling that you have to Really Walk at Greenlake, so you still get a go team from this corner.

Pretty well! We have it next to the bed, and she seems to be sleeping fairly well in it.
I'm up. I don't wanna be up. But, I was getting frustrated with just lying in bed awake. I'm so sleepy. I'm hoping I'm gonna be able to fall back asleep for at least an hour or so in a little while. The body does weird things when you're consumed with worry.
As an aside, the name the pope selects usually has some symbolic meaning , usually means he is inspired by or continuing the policies of the previous pope whose name he is using.
That being said, Vatican watchers are currently analyzing Benedict XV's record to see what drew Benedict XVI to the name, and also looking at some of the previous Benedicts since Benedict XVI spend time early his life a theology researcher, and one of the earlier popes may have had an effect on him...
Ugh. I'm having a really difficult time getting moving this morning. I need to be getting in the shower about right now. Gonna go walk the dog and start trying to get ready...
Not!Emily Roommate just asked me how to turn the oven on. I thought that would amuse at least Cindy.
Hee. I woke about 3:50, but managed to catch another hour of sleep. It turns out Chris's "cold" which I was sure was just allergies, may have really been an actual cold, and that he may not have been putting on how craptacular he felt, as I am feeling the same. Feh.
Ugh. I'm having a really difficult time getting moving this morning. I need to be getting in the shower about right now. Gonna go walk the dog and start trying to get ready...Hope it gets easier, vw. Maybe the walk and the fresh air will get your blood pumping enough to help you feel like getting ready.

Thanks, vw. It is going to be hot, and dh has this *thing* about putting the a.c. in the window, before June. Tonight, if I haven't expired from the heat and my cold, I shall make him pay, oh yes, I shall make him pay.

vw - I want you to know how proud I am of you this semester. You have been doing whatever it takes to keep your class work a priority despite the distressing disruptions life has been dishing. Hugs and love to you.

Feel better, Cindy--and I hope Chris gets over his nasty cold, too. I have a 23lb bag of snot here, too. But he's doing ok with an antihistimine.
DH came home and figured out that while at work, he felt fine but as soon as he came home, he got stuffy and felt awful. Of course, I've had the windows open for a few days and it turns out his allergies are getting worse as he gets older. It killed me to shut up the house and turn on the A/C in April.
