Slay-er? Chosen One. She who hangs out a lot in cemeteries? You're kidding. Ask around. Look it up: Slayer comma The.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What is even happening?

vw, meet vw. She is lovely, intelligent, kind, accomplished, and learning new skills.

What is even happening?

And she's good enough, kind enough, smart enough, and doggone, people like me.

I figured I might as well go whole-hog with the Stuart Smalley, while I was on a roll.

You can punch me anytime, now.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

random tangent- I just got off the phone with my dad- he is so psyched! His local newspaper (the Hartford Courant) chose him and 64 other letter writers in 2004 and honored them, and the reception was last night. He was just so happy about it, and felt so validated and appreciated. Just the way he talked about the smallest detail.

I was so proud of him my heart burst a little bit.

My dad is totally a left wing letter writing crank, BTW. I am somewhat surprised that they honored him- don't they know that will only encourage him? Heh. Kidding, sort of. So, yay Dad, you rock!

Ann, that's a ferret.

vw, joining with everyone else. Deliverance is an excellent movie, but it can easily trigger bad memories in all sorts of directions.

Unfortunately, the only other Appalachian-type movie that comes to mind is The Deer Hunter, which can also be pretty disturbing. Unless you want to go with The Homecoming, which was the inspiration for The Waltons TV series.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

vw, a 94 is a very good grade. an excellent one, in point of fact.

this lack of capital letters brought to you by the fact hitting the shift key hurts with these stupid wrist braces on.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

But I have no idea if $35 a month with a free phone with a two year contract is good or shit. Does sprint suck? I can barely do these things WITH research

Sprint has the best phones, adequate coverage, and shitty customer service.

Verizon has better coverage, less cool phones, and slightly less shitty customer service.

AT&T sucks universally.

Never used Cingulair or T-mobile, or known anyone who has.

t /NYC cell coverage review

Good luck getting your line fixed, though!

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

AT&T is now Cingular, and it's fine for me in DC. I make no claims as to how good the coverage is in NYC.

Susan's channelling ee cummings. The wrist splints are just a ruse.

I do hope you feel better!

David, JZ, Emmett, and EM, I am so damn glad everything went well.

If I only had a brain...

Cingular has lousy coverage in the SF Bay Area. I have Verizon now and am happier with it.

Cashmere - Mar 30, 2005 7:20:27 pm PST #427 of 10001
Now tagless for your comfort.

I never had trouble using my Cingular service in Jersey or NYC. Or Vegas, Chicago, DC, Marco Island, Michigan, or Kansas City.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.
