Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Actually, I would have likely tried the shoe throwing too. I could see myself in your post. Just not sure I would have admitted it unless there were witnesses.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Now, I want a beer.

I was lazy lazy lazy today, and sat outside in the sun with some blueberry wine I purchased last year in the Fingerlakes region. Twas yummy. Now I need motivation to do stuff I really ought to. But I probably won't.

Our wings are not tired.

I have no spare sanity. Sorry.

It's kind of against the law to burn someone's will, right?

I'll never tell.

Yay for the pretty porch. I think a cold beverage to enjoy the setting is appropriate.

I've been working so damn hard this weekend. I've even managed to kill yet another vacuum. This is why I shouldn't try housecleaning.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Nora, is that your new porch? Already?

This has been a very hectic weekend. We're down to Katie and DebetEsse. Everyone else has gone home.

I know everyone else will have pictures, but here are a few from the reading. [link]

Mostly lurking...

I've started over my crochet project 8 times now. I'm thinking it's not helping with the sanity.

Did I mention I'm feeling thwumpish today?

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Actually, I would have likely tried the shoe throwing too.

I'm more of a pillow/couch cushion puncher, myself.

All is well that ends in pizza.

A 20 year old oversize towel accidentally left in the washer when you wash 5 brand new pairs of white briefs should not bleed red in cold water.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Nora, is that your new porch? Already?

No, it's our old 3rd floor apartment's back deck. We'll only be enjoying it for a couple months, but it should be nice! It was nice to sit outside and read in the lovely weather...

I made one braclet and matching necklace today. I am already to go back to work on TUESDAY. never work on your birthday unless you can 1) up the guilt factor and 2) where a tiara and/or feather boa.
