Yes, as a little gifted child growing up most of her teachers thought she was going to art school. But then acting got in the way. But now it's more of a writing thing with some performing (I think that's the current ratio). Anyway, she can still do art.

So yesterday I realized that the cough syrup with codiene was getting low. and I've been through the withdrawal before. so I stopped takeing it. Yesterday ( fri night) was ok. Today is the no sleep withdrawal night...irritating.

I need to go to the grocery store. We have no coffee and no cream. That needs to be fixed sooner rather than later.

My parents leave for Holland today for two weeks. I'm very jealous.

Staying awake at work ~ma to me. Got 5 hrs sleep last night. Harvey woke me an hour before the alarm would have. I got him back though. I gave him his medication.

They are hoping that in about x amount of time he will be tall enough to 'achieve greatness'. Yes, that was a direct quote.

Whee, Holland! I love the Netherlands. I'd like to live there someday. Part of me, actually, is a little sad that I've locked myself into not moving there for a while, with buying this house.

I'm up and drinking coffee. Going to go to an old friend's for brunch today. Should be nice.

Groceries have been acquired. Of course, I still need to put them away and actually *make* the coffee, but that's pretty damn impressive considering I've had no coffee yet this morning.
