Riley: Oh, yeah. Sorry 'bout last time. Heard I missed out on some fun. Xander: Oh yeah, fun was had. Also frolic, merriment and near-death hijinks.

Spike's Bitches 23: We've mastered the power of positive giving up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

My mentor teacher tells me of people he's mentored who have been holding down 40 hour a week jobs while they student taught; I honestly don't know how.

Holy cow! I don't know how, either. I'm doing good to take 6 hours/term and work 45-50 hrs/week. My plan is to work part-time while student teaching (and to be beltless while doing it). I don't think I could keep my sanity, what little I have left, otherwise.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I agree. I HAD to have a PT job (so I could eat, sometimes, maybe) but I was teaching 40 hours a week, and then spent proably 15 hours a week on grading, lesson plans, etc.

My house is so freakin' dirty, rats turn up their noses.

I can't even.

If there's time to lean, there's time to clean.

A McDonald's survivor?

We are talking about Outlook mailboxes, yes?

Oh wow, if you have tips on that, spill. Don't say the "D" word though, I'll break out.

Did a bunch of intermediary employee relations stuff today. The only person who cried was on the phone, so I could only say, "Don't worry, we'll get the bastards". Said bastards are two hours away from me, so they are temporarily immune from my wrath, but they'll have to meet with me next week, oh yes.

Now dinner with friends at my favourite italian place. Much untensing to be had.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Someone has made popcorn here in the office.

I now want popcorn.

This is not good.

Still feeling kinda crappy and the sockpuppet discussion has really dragged me down, which I know is silly as hell. Blargh.

Shit's all sorts of different now.
