Right. Piano. Because that's what we used to kill that big demon that one time. No, wait. That was a rocket launcher.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

I've been saying it all along:

GO RAIDERS!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BILLYTEA!

Connecticutie! How's things?

GO RAIDERS!

Well, exactly. (As you can tell, I'm an out-of-control fan.)

The status is NOT quo.

Things will be really good in about two days when I'm on break. A little stressful at the moment. How are you?

All is well that ends in pizza.

Has anyone tried the new Dark Chocolate M&Ms?

Something seriously wrong with this pic, accompanying the story from the announcement: [link]

I'm feeling ok at the moment. I'm still off work today, the last couple of weeks have been pretty awful headspace-wise. I just started taking antidepressants over the weekend. I think they're helping, but they left me feeling anxious for the first day or two. I'm starting to feel more even-keeled now.

Still, it could be worse. I've been looking over the time since I got back, and deciding that I've actually accomplished quite a lot. (This is important because day to day, the things I'm not getting to are more noticeable.) We had our housewarming on Saturday, which was fun. My dad and sister came down from Canberra, I got to catch up with some people. And of course we have huge quantities of deeply wrong food left around the place, so I doubt I'll be starving over the next week. Coming down with scurvy, OTOH, is a definite possibility.

Just remember that the anti-depressants take time to really work. I'm five weeks in now (about a week and a half at the full dose now), and I'm just starting to feel the effects.

Love to you, though.

Oh! And DebetEsse sent me the most excellent coaster! It's of the Penguin of Death: [link] It occupies pride of place on my coffee table.

Yeah, I was actually feeling ok the day before I started. But I figure it'll be a bit late if I wait until the next time I crash. Anyway, so far so good.
