Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Ah, good to know. If I get to it, I'll send it out pronto, just to get it taken care of. I have a feeling if it's taking me this long, I'm probably just not wanting to add another show (though at least Weds. is already an appt. TV night for me).

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Gooooooooood morning.

YAY PRINCESS TICKYBOX!!!!! I'm all sorts of bouncy this morning. One of my friends gave birth at 2:31 a.m. Scarily enough, baby boy was 6 weeks early, but he is supremely healthy for his age (or lack thereof) - 5 lb. 7 oz. - not too shabby for a preemie. Phew.

And then there's the adrenaline high of running 5 miles in the morning. That should wear off soon.

YAY House!!! And Mini-Van! And cutiehead Owen pictures!!!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Congratulations to vw on making it through yesterday with iPod still a viable goal.

Yay Nora with the offer acceptance! Yay! Now I want to go to Massachusetts just to see your house in person and really enjoy that lovely kitchen. Not to mention the water feature. Nora has a yard! I am oddly giddy considering it has nothing to do with me. It seems very recent that you were saying that you might eventually be ready to look for a house, and here you are already. Yay!

Toddler with cake=lethal cuteness bomb.

Aidan's pre-school sounds wonderful. ANd drawing shapes on teh magna-doodle is too too adorable.

Yay minivan!

Yay juliana's friend's baby!

Smooth and easy induction vibes hurtling Seattle-wards.

Steph is Mars Blackmon.

I think I'm a little taller, actually.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

So Billytea, did Bec's friend find a bathroom in time?

Yeah, we found our way back to her retirement home before anything happened. Not before we crossed from West Philly to North Philly though. Not the most lost I've ever been in Philly (that would be the drive back from Vermont, it went so well until I crossed the Delaware), but it was damn close.

I think I want to give them all "E's" just to mess with their heads.

Are we talking grades, or do you just want your whole class to pat your hair and tell you "I really love you, man"?

Art Crawl!!!

Is there news? Or are we celebrating Imminent Tickybox Day?

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Nora, congratulations on the house! So very awesome. And Salem is a cool place, too. (I know I've mentioned here before that I grew up in Swampscott, one town over, and I spent a lot of time hanging out in Salem.)

And, ooh, the impending arrival of Princess Tickybox! Whoa.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister
