the backyard is all ours- the other condo owner has one just like it, but we have our own yards opening from the kitchen. They are fenced off.
I love the colors they painted the inside- I don't think we'll change that for a little while at least. I think one half of the married couple is Italian, and they kind of struck this balance between the historic New England nature of the house and a European feel.
