I think you are exactly right. Part of my problem is that I'm not even looking for work because of the baby. (Hopefully, I'll be working early next year.) It makes school matter less when it's just academic at the moment. Anyway, while I like learning about the law, life events have really made me *not care* about reading for class or taking finals (which start in 4 weeks!)

In the Spring report: It's completely blue sky here - about 50 - but supposed to get to 74 today. There are trees and flowers blooming everywhere. I'm glad I got to see spring in Chapel Hill at least once - it's so pretty.

I usually try for a two week turn around time on papers, but sometimes that doesn't happen.
Yes, this. Especially this year with my depression, I've really been struggling. I find that I can't grade well at night right now, so it really restricts my ability to get things back in a timely fashion. I'm really trying, though, and the kids have mostly been understanding about it even without knowing the cause (since I obviously can't tell them).

Timelies. It is perfect Spring weather here. It's actually been too warm the past few days, but it's cooled off and is that lovely temperature wherein you can still wear a coat but you don't have to button it.
