SO PRETTY, Deena!

Ok. I'm screwed. I was supposed to meet with one of my professor's yesterday (the one that teaches the class that watched Deliverance this week) after class to turn in a project and get a packet of reading on Deliverance so that I would be prepared for the discussion on Monday. I just e-mailed her to see if I could pick up the packet tomorrow (I had left her a voice mail yesterday to let her know that I was on my way to the doctor and would be unable to make our appointment...I told her I would get in touch with her after the appointment). Except, she's not on campus on Fridays. So, I have no way to get the packet from her. I really should have tried a little harder to get in touch with her yesterday, but I was so stunned and exhausted after my doctor's appointment that I decided to leave it till today. That was a bad decision. And now I have no idea if I'll be prepared for the class discussion on Monday.

Sometimes I suck.

Also, I don't think I have actually typed, though I have thought it bunches, that sounds like a wonderful trip, meara! I'm very jealous.

And you do not suck. You had an allergic reaction. That means you're excused from evil. It'll be disappointing not to be quite ready for the discussion, but you'll get caught up in no time. I think you should just relax and be glad you don't have extra homework this weekend.

Not quite. Although, we're hoping to get them hung on Saturday. My mom is going to come in for the day and help me finish getting the living room done. I'm so excited! I hope that we'll get it all done while Emily's gone so she can be all surprised when she gets home. Although, it's not so much of a surprise since I told her the plan :)

I just heard back from the professor. She's going to be in early on Monday, so I'll pick it up from her then. I have my two-hour break, which she said will be plenty of time to get the reading done. Evidently it's just a chapter in a book she has. Phew.

I take back my earlier statement. I don't suck.
