Simon: Captain... why did you come back for us? Mal: You're on my crew. Simon: Yeah, but you don't even like me. Why'd you come back? Mal: You're on my crew. Why we still talking about this?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

That is a very nice border, Aimee. It's something she won't think is babish too quickly.

Make ya a deal? I won't berate myself for my weight anymore and you not berate yourself for missing school for actual sickness.

Ok. Deal. And I TOTALLY think you should order that border for Em.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Along with some pink beaded pillows? :)

Absolutely! Pink beaded pillows would be fabulous!

(and I keep imagining this in my roommate Em's room and laughing my head off)

(speaking of which...she's gone this weekend. Aimee! Quick! Order it! I can redecorate her room while she's gone! What a nice surprise for her!)

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

It's a great border and I don't see it as particularly juvenile. Of course, the border I have in my dining room is hot air balloons, so I may not be the best judge.

I like the first one better, Aimee.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

It's a very cute border, Aimee. (ETA--I like the first one better.)

Random room decor story from my childhood: When I was 6 or so, I was the only kid left at home, so they decided to move me from the small bedroom I'd had since infancy into a larger one once belonging to one of my brothers. Mom said I could pick the color of carpet, and I said "RED!" because it was eternally my favorite color.

I didn't get my way. She'd only "let" me pick because she was so sure I'd choose green, so I could pretend it was grass for my toy horses. Mind you, I still don't see what would've been so horrible about red carpet. They could've brought home a nice tasteful burgundy shade, and I wouldn't have complained.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I really like the Paris border, Aimee. And good on you for joining a gym again!
