Kaylee: Captain seem a little funny to you at breakfast this morning? Wash: Come on, Kaylee. We all know I'm the funny one.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

I was hoping today would be good, but I have my doubts...I found myself having a fight with somebody not in the room in my head. Not a good sign, considering it is not somebody from the Oval Office or Capitol Hill. Just fucked-up Cell Block Tango crap Heh. A total Balmer geek would know... Happy Birthday, BL. "Kaddish" makes it all worth it. I'm reading your book right now, and it's, ok, pretty good.(You're more Dialogue's Bitch than me...this is unpossible...I hate to admit it but it keeps you from FG.)

What is even happening?

Happy Very First Birthday Annabel!

It's my birthday, too!

It's your 21st, right AmyLiz?

Happy Birthday, girl. I'm so glad you came over here.

Are you ready to be strong?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I found myself having a fight with somebody not in the room in my head.

I do that all the time. It's a surprisingly hard habit to break, considering how counterproductive it is. I can't think of a single time when an actual conversation followed the script that my imagined conversation had, yet the brain keeps trying to run both sides of the argument.

I found this in my random walk through Nordstrom's. Doesn't exist in my size, alas.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Today's AU Dork Tower mentions our own Jilli.

Because books.

Thanks for the birthday wishes, everyone! I'm walking the baby downtown and treating myself to Starbucks. It actually feels like spring today, which is a gift in itself.

It's your 21st, right AmyLiz?

Uh huh! Bright, innocent smile.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Happy birthday, AmyLiz! It is, at least, an anniversary of your 21st.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANNABEL!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMYLIZ!

I'm loving the Dork Tower AU. So funny.

I just finished writing a "please take another look at me" note for a job. I am so pathetic when trying to handwrite something neatly. It's like I regress into 6-year-old mode, with the tight grip on the pen, the fierce concentration on the printing, the tongue sticking out as I try to not mess up. It must be an amusing sight, at least.
