Congratulations to the class of 1999. You all proved more or less adequate.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Oh, Gud. I'm sorry the last year or so has been so rocky.

Nora, you certainly don't have to be grownup to buy a house. After all, I've owned a house since I was 22. I'm still waiting to grow up.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yards rock.

perfect party house/yard/kitchen/BBQ set up too.

OK, must STOP FANTASIZING about the house and get some work done. Don't wanna, though.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Nora, yards require mowing. But other than that, they're pretty nice. Well, mine's not due to the two dogs but I hear some people's are nice.

And, yet, here it is on the internet!

Good thing he can't read yet, innit?

Now tagless for your comfort.

That is exciting, Aimee. I'm still in love with the one I got at Marks & Spenser three years ago.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I fear houses. Z & I often say that we'll go into mortgage for a theater before we make it to a house. Actually, if the theater had an apartment that we could live in, it would be the best.

I so 'cited - I'm about to purchase my very first denim jacket!!

This does not compute. You grew up in Michigan. In at least part of the 80's. And you never had a jean jacket?!?? Wha???

I can't even.

Rocky-ma vibes to Gud. I hope you can work things through

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Gud, I hope you are able to work through the rocky parts.

Nora, yay for the house. I hope it's not too scary.

What Juliana said, Aimee. Huh?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

See, my thing always was that if we had a friendship first, I had a very hard time seeing them in a sexy light (men and women both).

I've never fallen in love with anyone who wasn't my best friend first, and I can't imagine doing so. What would I have to love about them if they weren't my friend?

DH and I fell into love and best friendship in the same 48-hour period right after we met.

This happened to us too. (And then we spent 3 months pretending to ignore the ginormous crackling UST sparkage, because we are both giant geeks who are shy about that kind of thing.)
