I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…
Also, the Festival of Native Arts is held on the Univ. of Alaska Fairbanks campus, so when I was going to school there, I could stop and watch dancing between classes.
Oh, yes. I used to wander up there when I went to West Valley. Very cool. That is one of the few things I miss about AK - the very real presence of Native culture, even in the cities. Here, notsomuch. Actually, libkitty, if you're wandering over to Fairbanks at any time, let me know and I can put you in contact with my mom, if you'd like. She teaches at West now.
And y'all are very sweet. I can assure you that it is quite possible to not love me at all, but since I adore all y'all, it's wonderful to have the sentiment returned.

This makes no sense to me. But then I may still be boggled because JZ has just related to me the fairytale of "The Mouse, The Bird and The Sausage" which is the craxiest fairtyle I've ever heard.
