"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

There's a Jeff again? Hi, Jeff!!

new mother keeps hidden from the public for about ten days while everything heals - which, of course, is not suspicious, as she’s just given birth.

This is the part I doubt. Somehow, I think it would be more than 10 days to recover from all that surgery well enough not to let on.

Also, who is is out there vain enough not to want to be pregnant-looking, but not so vain she won't get pregnant? Where does she think babies come from, Nordie's?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

First off, the celebrity mother gets her silicone breast implants removed early in her pregnancy to prevent stretching, then when the baby is born ... new implants are put back,

Don't really understand this (stretching is the problem so you have two more breast surgeries?). Plus, as with the tales about rib and toe removal I am always suspicious of articles about secret trends in extreme celebrity plastic surgery.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Hey Jeff! Welcome back. So very glad to hear you're feeling better.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

hooray! Jeff is back!

and in completely unrelated news I finally saw VM today. I finally figureout that I watch it when I know I won't be interrupted by anything. Even with TIVO I feel annoyed when I have to interrupted it. I think it is partialy because VM seems unreal - but consistant with itself.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

"Don't think of yourself as an organic pain collector racing towards oblivion." Dogbert to Dilbert

Thanks for the response. I felt lost without my internet connection, and what was worse was that I broke my glasses about 3 days into my hospital visit, so I couldn't catch up on my reading, either. Watching that much TV certainly melted my brain.

I don't usually like to talk about myself, but many expressed an interest in what was going on with me, so if you'll indulge me, I can relate my health saga.
