Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Frasier was funnier when Niles and Frasier were characters on The Simpsons.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought Frasier was really funny, but avoid tired clichés? Perhaps in favour of creating its own.

Always Anti-fascist!

They can be very funny, imo. That Simpsons is one of my faves. My stepfather was such a Niles, too.ETA: ita does have a point...sometimes it is like Three's Company read a lot of books, though.

Fred Pete -- that scene was one of the funniest on tv.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Exactly, sumi. The way it built and built and built....

David Hyde Pierce is freaking genius.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

David Hyde Pierce is freaking genius.

He really has an impeccable sense of timing, and in terms of physical comedy, I can't think of many who are better.

Though one of my favorite episodes, which I caught completely by accident, since I had stopped watching it years before, was the bar mitzvah episode.

I saw DHP do a Ricky Martin spoof in which he ripped off his Niles-esque suit to reveal Ricky-like leather pants and a tight top, all while singing about "pantalones de vaca" (to the tune of "la vida loca").

I about died. So brilliant. He can hold a stage like nobody's business.

Art Crawl!!!

Damn, I wish I'd seen that!

I didn't see the Bar Mitzvah episode either.
