If you take sexual advantage of her, you're going to burn in a very special level of hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ah, Robin, I don't think I'll ever think of your BF the same way again.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

But I like "Come Sail Away," especially the live version, where the audience sings the entire opening, up to the part where the song rocks out. But then, I'm a big Styx fan, overall.

What is even happening?

Kathy, I totally would have been enthralled by Giles singing Freebird.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

My boyfriend is trying to torture me by playing "Come Sail Away" on the guitar and singing with great emotion.

Have you been watching Freaks and Geeks lately? At least it wasn't "Lady."

Now tagless for your comfort.

I only watched the first episode of Intervention. Having a drug addict and a gambling addict in the immediate family kind of takes the fun out of watching other people go through it.

Although I saw the previews for the gambling addict and wanted to bash him in the head.

What is even happening?

Yeah, Cashmere. We're tired of reality tv, too.

Art Crawl!!!

Damn, I was so worried that the JoA adversary thing would be not good and it turns out to be very intriguing -- and I just hope that the show gets renewed and I'm afraid that's just not going to happen.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I believe for a 2B in my neighborhood, the condo rate is currrently in the 240K+ range, without any knowledge of the size. (Probably 50K less in Revere.) I don't expect my own apartment to sell for any less than 240K (if it were to be sold).

Hahhahahahahahaha!

t breathes

Hahahahahahahaha!

If we could buy a 2 BR condo in your neighborhood, or any neighborhood in Somerville (yes, this includes East Somerville) we would not be moving to Salem. We looked at a basement apartment in our neighborhood in a soulless cube building, ~900 sf, one 3x3 storage unit by the community washing machines, is was 278K.

There is not buying anything decent under 300K in Somerville. Stuff that's under 350K is pretty flawed/tiny as well. I'm not even talking about neighborhood, I think East Somerville will appreciate more than any other part of the city, if you're thinking about your investment. Just, you know, don't park your car there.

Well, I guess just because we couldn't find anything, doesn't mean it can't be found. But I don't think 240K in that hood is going to go very far. Certainly not to 2 BRs.
