We have to see the chimp playing hockey! That's hilarious! The ice is so slippery, and, and monkeys are all irrational. We have to see this!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I got no idea about the NYC jury service.

I think I just saw something unusual on local network tv. WBAL (NBC affiliate) ran an hourlong program "Survivors Among Us" which was interviews/travels with local Holocaust survivors with no commercials. And frankly, it was really really well done.

I normally am seriously not impressed by local programming. Not so this time.Especially appreciative of the message emphasized that now that you know the stories, you are a witness with all the responsibility that entails.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is ita around?

Johnny Depp opinion piece (in The Onion).

It's only natural for artists to compare the creative purity of their early work to the compromised work of their later careers. I'm no exception. As I sit here in my chateau in France, absent-mindedly flipping through the script for The Diving Bell And The Butterfly by Oscar-winning screenwriter Ronald Harwood, I think of the man I used to be, and my heart sinks. I know I shouldn't let thoughts of the past get me down. Rather, I should overcome my insecurities and remind myself that there could be an even bigger success around the corner. Why, you never know what you can achieve if you just believe in yourself and... Aw, hell. Who'm I kidding here? I'll never top 21 Jump Street and I know it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What did you watch first, or are you watching VM or House?

Perkins, I don't recall which season. But two models passed it up cause you know, their beautiful haaaaiiir

I think it was the one with the doofy curlilocks dude.

Edit: ok TOTALLY misread your question. Whiplash referred to watching a local Holocaust program and then TAR.
