It was great seeing you this weekend, even if we barely spoke.
You too!
One of my Claims to Fame is now my mispronounciation of your name! Something probably only I could manage!
Partyman's in town! Fun!
I am! Though only until tommorow. :(
Had some cool people's phone numbers but seem to have lost them...
Ooh, money running out on this crappy lobby computer....
edit: In no way was I implying that NYC is/was/shall be "hell." I've had a lousy day, and me thinks it's time for Maria to head home.
Hee! I was going to answer "But I live in Brooklyn!" only it looked like much too easy a straight line.
Okay, it's saying 67 now. Someone must have taken the thermostat out of the freezer.
Oh Partyman, I'd have you over for tea but my place is just a MESS.
Matronym.
Even if you aren't named after your mother?
So one might shoo with "Va!" or "Vas-y!"
So this is what I should use? Not "Allez!"?
I'm confused, but I guess that's what I get for trying to toss in bits of a language I've never studied.
matronymic, n. and a. a. A name derived from that of a mother or maternal ancestor, esp. by the addition of an affix indicating such descent.
So says the OED. No entry for matronym.

Bon, I think she wants the word for the other person in the namesake pair, not a word for the name itself.
My understanding is that matronymic is the name. Matronym is the named.
