Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Happy Birthday, Sheryl!

As it turns out, Sears had the old-style folding mesh lounges for less than the most bargain basement hammock would have cost. So I am now Lobster Man, and have had a neighbor release her dogs to go poop only to have them jump on me and collapse the chair (no harm done aside from my dignity, though).

If I only had a brain...

I just made the Cook's Magazine chocolate cupcakes. Judging by batter and crumbs, they do indeed rock as hard as ita has said.

Our wings are not tired

Hey everyone. I'm having a lazy Sunday.

Here are some Party Pictures from last night.

Happy Birthday, Sheryl!

I just booked a Caribbean cruise vacation for me and my mom for my birthday in September. It was crazy inexpensive, comparitively speaking (less than $600 total for two people, for five days and four nights), and I'm so excited! I've never been on a cruise before. Well, apart from a day cruise, once, eleven years ago, which I don't think really counts. I can't wait. Oh, and I almost forgot the best part: there are dance lessons on board the ship (as well as all the other swimming pool/exercise/night club/shows/spa type stuff). So so cool. I also fully intend to find a way to swim with a dolphin. I can't believe how excited I am.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Damn, Alibelle, that sounds like an incredible deal. How'd you get it?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Great pictures, ND. Thanks for posting them. Still sounds like it was a fun evening.

My Sunday is lazy too. Which doesn't bode well for my house being clean tomorrow. IJS.

Whoot Alibelle!

hip deep in pie

I have a sunburn in my part, and on my forehead, and on my nose.

In one way boo! But in another way: weather nice enough to get a sunburn in, yay!

What is even happening?

Happy Birthday, Sheryl!

Drew, it looks like you had a very non-Buffy birthday. Hooray! Did you have your own party, or did you go to the Lost party?

Our wings are not tired

It was my own party. We got together at Howl at the Moon up at Universal CityWalk. Not a huge number of friends by good friends all around and just great to relax and have fun with them.
