Re: VM
First of all, Veronica has definitely had some other wrong behaviors in the past, such as when she went into the whole cult episode predisposed to condemn. Just like "bomb boy" in this episode.
About the Logan/Veronica... I don't want them to get together in any serious way without some major changing and penance on his part, but, luckily, I think the writers agree with me. And I trust the writers on this show; they have yet to betray me. That kiss was written perfectly, I thought. Veronica had the perfect expression of freaked-outedness at the whole situation as she got into the car, and she did just the right amount of semi-avoiding his gaze in the journalism classroom. She won't dump Deputy Leo over this I think, though she might tell him about it leading to him dumping her. Then again, she might not mention it at all; her ethics are, after all, rather suspect at times.
I suspected, based on the explosions of happy VM LJ cuts and L/V drabbles on the internet yesterday, that Logan and Veronica would hookup in this episode, and ranted to a friend of mine (who was also waiting for today to watch) that I didn't think they could possibly set up such a situation in a way that I wouldn't hate. Yet, they did, and I have the faith that they'll continue to satisfy. Because this show is just that good.
P.S. Veronica and Mac should kiss in the next episode. That way the VM femslashers who aren't obsessed with Lilly/Veronica past-fic could squee. All three of us.
