The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Because Perkins is Just. That. Cool.

Or insane.

Can't Perkins be both?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Perkins can also have a dozen cookies if she walks across the street to the 7-11, but that's not very likely either.

Heh.

Why is Perkins referring to herself in the 3rd person?

It's a thing. I think we're done.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hi y'all. Am Very Tired. Have to go back out any minute. Argh.

Didn't we talk about this thing here?

Your tag here.

Timelies all!

I saw the movie Sahara this afternoon. It was better than I expected and very imaginative, but all-in-all a fun movie. I hope they make a couple sequels.

Late, and I'm sure there was Buffista chatter about this (other than that in UnAmerican) - but the new Dr. Who rocks!

Smart dialog, great acting, as was said in UnAmerican Rose can stand up the Doctor.

Also, I agree that the new version of the theme music sucks. They turned it into elevator music. Other that - well I've budgeted time for 1 hour of televison a week, and that is it.

I am sick to death of the Pope and Prince Charles! Can't anybody report on anything else?

Just needed to vent.

right there with you, quester. it's why i've been tuning out the news lately. it wouldn't be so bad if they could actually come up with new material, but no. it's the same crap over and over again...

Here is the thing about Pope Death, MJ, and (sorry) Charlie wedding. The reason the networks cover it to death is not that people are clamoring for 24 hour coverage. The reason they give it 24 hour coverage is that a non-news news event is the cheapest TV that it is possible to make that people will watch., It ischeaper than reality shows, cheaper than talk shows. A test pattern would be cheaper still, and if people would watch a test pattern with commericals there would be a test pattern channel. But even if a lot of them grumble, most people will not turn off all Michael Jackson all the time. Or news flash: Pope still dead! It does not matter if people love it or are enthusiastic. If they turn it on, so the nets have eyeballs and ears to sell to advertisers, they don't care whether we would rather watch something else - as long as we don't shut the set off.
