We usually get a letter from the sheriff's office. It's scary to look them up on the internet, too--the mugshots are usually pretty damn freaky, not to mention the details of their convicted crimes.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
This guy is absolutely normal and not at all creepy looking; I'd even say attractive. He is only 5'3" and 150lbs, so I don't think he would approach my oversized children. I know what everyone in my neighborhood is going to be talking about this weekend.
Geez, did somebody break the internets?
Intermittent problems here too--pages not loading or loading slowly. V. annoying.
I'm having much slowness, too.
Not just me, then. OK. Not that other people having trouble makes me happy. Just, you know, less singled out for persecution by technology.
Laura, that's scary.
What a glorious evening. I took a long walk and ran errands. Came home to find 4 boxes full of books out in front of the building up for grabs. I only found 2 I wanted, but there were a ton of hardcovers and tons of gay studies books. sad to see books in the trash.
Man, that's creepy. On both ends. (The Laura thing, I mean. I forgot to refresh.)
I must have accidentally shut off my cable box last night, and I missed the last 10 minutes or so of Eyes. Can someone tell me what happened after Nora Gage got on the plane with the guy who was supposed to testify? I saw up to where she said "I'll mess you up just for giggles."
Woohoo! Impending baby! Wishing minimum chaos and all that.
I think I liked the OC tonight. The understated ohshit faces make me laugh.
I spent a little time on GEnie, too, and a lot on Compuserve. Gaming, mostly. Working out these elaborate pay schemes as to how many accounts to maintain to get the right amount of per-hour access.
