It's good to have cargo. Makes us a target for every other scavenger out there, though, but sometimes that's fun too.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Also, I think I regress considerably during the wake-up period, and am often still three years old first thing in the morning.

Me too. Morning!Susan has at least 50% more whining and petulance if anything disrupts The Routine.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Some days I am just like all you non-morning people describe, other days are spring out of bed ready to take on the world. I wish I knew what made the difference.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I wish I knew what made the difference.

For me, eating enough the previous day is a huge determiner of my morning alertness or lack thereof. I have granola bars stashed in my nightstand for that very reason.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

The method of being woken up determines my mood. If I'm gently woken up with a small shake or a nice tone of voice, then I'm fine. If an outside noise (dog barking, loud tv, heat, cold) wakes me up, I should not interact with anyone for about an hour. It's evil at it's purest. Other than that, I have no pattern. I function just as well if I wake at 6 or if I wake at noon.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am listening to Caetano Veloso on Launchcast AIFG. That is all.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I don't like mornings, and am offended if I have to get up before about 8am or so. 6am is an unholy hour, and no reasonable person should ever have to wake that early.

I love you Seanie. Bunches an bunches.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The Bitches conversation isn't keeping you... awake?
