Oh, at first it was confusing. Just the idea of computers was like — whoa! I'm eleven hundred years old! I had trouble adjusting to the idea of Lutherans.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Stay, kidney, stay! Don't you dare move!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Also jumping on the bad health bandwagon is Red Sox manager, Terry Francona, who was taken to the hospital this morning for chest stiffness. [link]

Jeez, Terry, you're only 0-2.

Visilurking

What bon bon said, Wolfram.

Looks like we all have that in common. And neither does anyone in my office. Maybe it doesn't really exist?

Wolfram! Sorry, can't help, of course. Still, good to post with you.

Ditto, Nilly! I may have to email you with some Israel questions. (We're going for Passover, you see.)

What is even happening?

I may have to email you with some Israel questions. (We're going for Passover, you see.)
Oh, how fabulous, Wolfram.

Stay, kidney, stay! Don't you dare move!

Ok, anyone else hear that the same way the "Sit ubu, sit! Good dog." bit goes?

Just me, huh?

Wishing the same. The staying. Not sitting.

Urk.

All staff meeting in 5. Called this morning. Fun!

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Terry Francona, who was taken to the hospital this morning for chest stiffness.

I saw that. Crappy luck, that (although he's had crappy circulation for a while, which is why he is always wearing that irritating sweatshirt -- he's always cold). And because he's hospitalized in NY, there's, what, a less-than-even chance that the game will be on TV in his hospital room.

Jeff's kidney needs to listen to ita. Many thoughts for good health heading that way.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

We're going for Passover

Oh, I'm jealous. Have a wonderful time!

Trust my rage

I have a question about res judicata if any of our lawyer/law student folk are around.

I doubt I can answer it, but what's the question?

Well, I was going to whine about work, but then I forgot the caps lock was on, so I had to backspace, and then I saw the post from Jeff's sister (healthma!), and since all of my major organs are mine and relatively healthy (my liver and lungs probably want to kick my ass, but at least they're functional), I'll just siddown and shaddup.
