So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Plei, how does the idea having sushi eating visitors in town the weekend of the 4th of July sound to you as of right now, when it is far too early to predict with any certainty?

Fab-u-lous.

I'm determined, come hell and/or high water, to have sushi before the end of the month. Even if we have to do it as take out, it will happen.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

if we have to do it as take out, it will happen.

For a second I thought the "take out" was referring to Ticky Box.

Trust my rage

Thanks for all the birthday wishes (and TIA for the ones to come).

I hope you are doing something terribly fun and celebratory.

Well, I had some Haagen Dazs chocolate chocolate chip ice cream before dinner as my own little "it's your birthday; regular rules don't apply" treat. Also, DH bought me a Shuffle. I haven't used it it, but it's cute and fun to look at.

Some family members have given me about $200 for my birthday. I'm looking to spend it on *just me* and not the baby, but no really good ideas have come to me yet. Perhaps a spa day is in my future...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Fab-u-lous.

Except for being too far away. I will start looking into flights and hotel rooms, since the holiday may mean they fill up quickly.

The status is NOT quo.

Happy Birthday, Stephanie!

ita, I sent you an email earlier; can you answer so I know if I need to bring stuff tonight?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Happy birthday, Stephanie!!!

There's a place by my building that has half price sushi after 5.

Yeah, but it's all left over from yesterday.

Lemme go look, Perk.

In the meanwhile, talking about exposing yourself ... Google video blogging.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I'm somewhere between Amych and Sean when it comes to internet anonymity, I think. I don't use my last name here, but I've linked to DH's articles enough that anyone who cared could figure it out pretty quick. My real full name, phone number, and address are all easily Googleable so that potential clients can find me. I've had the equivalent of my wallet stolen twice -- once in real life, and once online (a Paypal account set up in my name, linked to the credit card in my Amazon.com account), and that was before any of my personal information was available publically.
