Wow, it just started snowing really hard. It was totally clear five minutes ago.
Have you been taunting March over in Bitches, brenda?

D'oh, was that out loud?
A report I read yesterday quoted Joss as saying he was going a) with a younger (20s) WW, and b) to worry about the script first, and casting second. When asked about casting people he'd worked with, he said it wasn't a party for his friends.
Skipping and poking head (hello, new thread! I guess the 100+ new posts in Bureaucracy explain the "tp be named later"?), from my parents' computer, to wish happy Purim to everybody who celebrates it, and a short nicer-than-average Friday to everybody else, on top of the "have a good weekend!", for dessert (if I only could share my mom's cookies with you!).
Running out before shabbat. Post with you later!
Noooooooooooooo! That is just too silly to be real.
I think that any popular dark haired actress's name will be bandied about.
Happy Purim, Nilly!
Hi, Nilly! Happy Purim!
I found the article I was thinking of:
Gellar and former Buffy castmate CHARISMA CARPENTER were among those rumoured to be playing PRINCESS DIANA in a new film version of the comic book superheroine, but director Whedon insists he's looking for a new face.
He says, "Everybody is in agreement that casting is not an issue right now. It's not a vehicle to be built around a particular star.
"We want to write the thing, find the right character and then figure out who should play her. There are various famous people whose names have come up, because that always happens, but you know, we're talking about Wonder Woman here. Those are tough booties to fill.
"I think we will go a little younger than the traditional idea of Wonder Woman and, as for the rumours, it's a movie, not a party for my friends."
Happy Purim Nilly!
I've often seen Easter overlap with Passover, but I don't remember it overlapping with Purim. Of course, Purim is a holiday that I know less well, so it's probably that I was totally ignorant of it. That's what happens when you grow up in an almost total monoculture.
We want to write the thing, find the right character and then figure out who should play her.
That sounds all sensible and stuff.
I had a Zogby survey this morning. Mostly local Florida politics questions, then there were two tough ones. (wording from memory)
Which state do you feel most closely reflects the American ideal?
Which state would you vote out of the union?
Happy Purim, Nilly.
I like any holiday that asks you to eat, drink and be merry.
