Aw, Reggie Miller and Jon Stewart were so cute together.

Mmmm....mac and cheese....
No! I need to go to bed, not the stove!
Is it insane of me to go a whole month without health insurance? I need to send in my cobra forms now, if I want to be covered until my new insurance kicks in on May 1st.
Not if you're generally healthy, because you can sign up for COBRA retroactively if anything happens.
I'd do it. Otherwise I'd be paranoid all month.
Toddler flea was so worth the attentive skimming (as opposed to outright skipping or mad scrolling). Cute!

OK, then, nevermind. I didn't know that.
I mean, double-check that, but I'm pretty sure that's how it worked when my friend had no insurance and ended up in the hospital.
When I left grad school, I could have signed up for COBRA retroactively. I, being me, just signed up.
I think I can do it retroactively, and unless something major/sudden comes up, I won't need to go to any doctors, since I did all that before I left PHJW. I'm just worried about really major happens and I can't send it in.
Customized mac and cheese. Nummy.
I was away when Emmett was injured, and felt silly chiming in with sympathies so late (although I was doing sympathy 'oohhs' here, just not so very audible). But I'm dying of curiosity. How does one get a cast attached to one's nose? Is it actually plaster, or is it more like bandages? Are the other kids impressed? Do they sign nose casts, or just arms and legs? Are nose ones colored, like most other ones now, or white? I'm so tickled that you're saving the cast. Some in my family think that type of thing is gross, but I think that they're really missing out.
Oh flea, your daughter is so beautiful! She should have that fainting couch, too.
Perkins, take the COBRA. It's a big expense, but not nearly as big as even minor medical things that require a day or two in the hospital.
