Jayne: Yeah, that was some pretty risky sittin' you did there. Wash: That's right, of course, 'cause they wouldn't arrest me if we got boarded, I'm just the pilot. I can always say I was flying the ship by accident.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

my kitty - the great psycotic one - knows I am sick. he is leaving me alone and not spending everytwo seconds begging to go out. and last night when I went to bed - instead of asking for snacks - he just curled up next to me. after DH gave him snacks he came for a long scriting session from me. good boy.

Game that keeps coming up the past few weeks. We played runaway kids. we lived in a tent and had to fool police officers into thinking our parents were around. and we faked signatures on our report cards. and the two oldest ( i was one of those) worked at a gas station to make money. It also seemed to consist of us rideing our bike around and around the driveway.

I had no idea that Prince Charles and Camilla were getting married so soon and that the Pope's passing ruined their wedding plans. It's all sorts of sad for them, but I just can't stop laughing.

Aren't they Anglican? Why would the Pope dying affect them in any way?

If I only had a brain...

Charles has to attend the funeral.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I think Charles has to go to the funeral.

What I can't figure is that Bush is making a big "Go Pope! Choose Pope!" public statement, given that much of his very-religious-right base considers the Pope a Very Bad Thing.

I would have thought it would only be required of his mom, which would kill two birds with one stone by allowing her a legitimate excuse not to attend Charles' nuptuals.

The status is NOT quo.

No, no...see, whenever someone dies, they're automatically good.

Silly.

Who knows. It's possible his Mum can't attend because she's the Head of the Anglican Communion.

My psychotic kitty is being pretty nice. The relatively normal one thought it would be great fun to jump down onto my tummy multiple times. Bad move. But later on she came and laid down on me, which was nice.
