Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Thanks for the automotive tips. I've found some weird things surfing so far (the Jetta and Civic are competitors?) -- this will be interesting.

I hate when people have sentences in their e-mail signatures. I mean, if I know that every e-mail of yours will end with "Thanks" or "Have a nice day" it kinda robs the sentiment of ... well ... sentiment.

OMG, I like that song SO much better now!

I know I do.

Holy Snerkity. REDS WIN, REDS WIN!

So, are the Reds gonna be the new Sox this season?

Man, do I love kitty cats.

Kitties! Shadow climbed into my lap and insisted on a snuggle yesterday. Our independent kitten is growing up.

Always Anti-fascist!

You would hate the woman I know that always ends e-mail with sayings from Zen masters, ita. I think it is Too Much my damn self.

I can't even.

So, are the Reds gonna be the new Sox this season?

Nope, but it would be nice to see them do a bit better this year. I don't have anything against the Mets even, I just like to see the Reds do well, and it has been a while.

Does she make like they're in the body of the e-mail? I don't mind the inspirational/funny messages or quotes after the signoff -- it's the automatic generation of text that goes inside the letter itself that bothers me.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I worked with a freelancer once who had a Jesus quote in her autosig. I thought that was a bit much. She ended up going to work for a religious organization (rather than my secular one), where at least that sort of thing might be appropriate.

As for cats -- actually I have nothing to say about cats.

As for the Reds -- They can't be this year's Red Sox. Last year, as with this year, the Sox lost their season opener (7-2, vs. Baltimore).

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I got my cat's new kitty condo all assembled on Saturday--80" tall and six levels for her jump around on.

Oh, I do have a question for the hivemind, in relation to this: does anyone have the Gator Grip universal ratchet, and does it do what the tv ads say it does, in terms of work on stripped bolts? Signed, the person with blistered hands who managed to round off the corners of a few bolts while tightening them up with just a pair of pliers.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Settle down, missy, it's opening day (more or less). Baseball will probably be a marginal presence until the playoffs.

Dude, you guys wouldn't shut up about it in the off season. You really expect us to believe that?
