Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Crap.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

t Waits for Teppy to come dancing back into the thread.

I would have liked to drag race Hank in my highschool ride which was a 1983 diesel suburban.

The diesel would probably have won. Hank is slow and steady. Seems diesels, at least newish diesels, go much faster. But then I don't know much about them.

The Mets bullpen REALLY sucks.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

From the first moment I saw Titanic, and heard the chorus of that awful Celine Dion song, I always heard Grover singing it.

OMG, I like that song SO much better now!

I can't even.

Not taunting. Well, only a little. Seriously, considering they're the 2nd-nearest AL team to me, I know nothing about TOR. Although, I expect to know more about them next year, when they have longer purse strings.

It's funny to me that while many analysts (particularly stat-oriented ones) think poorly of the Koskie signing (because it is a multi-year contract to a corner infielder entering his decline years), Jays' fans are happy to have Koskie on the team because he's Canadian. We've only had about a dozen or so Canadian guys on the team over the years and none of them have been the sort of player that Koskie is. Odd things please us, like, I dunno, TWO championships since the formation of the League of Nations.

I know, I know, gloating is wrong, and poor sportsmanship. And yet --

REDS 7, Mets 6!!!!
