Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Right? SO FUN. I don't know why they couldn't have just handled it C+C Music Factory-style, or whoever that was with Martha Wash singing, but then a model in the video.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I think my neighbor's kittens are grateful. One just literally leaped into my arms, snuggled in but good, and purred like mutherfucker.

I think I'll tell my neighbor he ran away and keep him.

I went to a taping of a tv show for TrojanVision this morning, since my friend hosts it, and he asked people to come, since he was imitating James Lipton, and interviewing Henry Winkler. I have to say, I was very very impressed with Henry Winkler. He was very gracious, funny, and quite charming. He took the time to interact with every person in the studio, including the (small) audience. Also, he called me cutie, and no one else received a similar compliment, so I'm special. Heh. Now you all know.

I don't mind DST because it means that there's one less hour I have to wait before I can go back to dance class.

ETA: Allyson's making me desperately jealous, and wanting a kitten.

Art Crawl!!!

I'm sure that the kittens are very happy to not have the nasty bitey insects biting them anymore. Plus, you feed them.

Meanwhile, I went to the grocery store and they had pears on sale: Bartletts, Boscs AND Anjou. I bought some Bartletts and Anjou pears. My cat seems to think that pears are what cats eat. However, I don't think he'd have liked my Bartlett pear -- it was kind of tasteless. I'm hoping that the Anjous are better.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

America's Test Kitchen did a carmelized pear thing last week that looked so good. Might have to try it out.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Alibelle's cuteness is apparent to all.

I want a kitten, too, but I'm afraid two cats would be Too Much.

Thanks, Jesse.

If you think one cat is cute and funny, you should really see how two or even THREE kitties interact. No, really. You know you want to.
