Jayne: Well... I don't like the idea of someone hearin' what I'm thinkin'. Inara: No one likes the idea of hearing what you're thinking.

Electromagnetic candy! - Stark

I'm stunned. This hasn't happened to me in over 10 years.

Jilli, if I take this offer, I'll be able to go dancing forever as I'll never work Thursdays again.

As accustomed as I am to talking about myself - Short Man's Syndrome, always puffing myself up like a cat - I didn't think I'd impressed them so much that they'd buffer a part-time job with stock options. And this isn't a startup, either.

boggle

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Networking. Go you and spin!

Har. It's true! I'm bad at "networking," but I really can talk to almost anyone. And I had the president of the U on one side, and my new BFF had no one on his other side, so we were pretty much stuck with each other. (Note: I don't have it like that to get that kind of seat, I was staffing a luncheon with a last-minute no-show.)

Really, Jesse, I should take lessons from you. I so suck at the whole networking thing, it isn't funny. I can talk to a wall, but I leave no impressions.

Nice! You must be VERY impressive.

I'm afraid I have that, too. We'll see what happens next time I see this dude.
