No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

Buffista Movies 4: Straight to Video

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Two of my favorite NewsRadio sequences can be summed up with the words "Rocket Fuel Malt Liquor! DAMN!" and "Super Karate Monkey Death Car."

Oh, GAZIZA, Corwood. Those scenes were cra-ZAPPY.

Bill, I stole your cane gets a vote from me.

This one? This one displeases me.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

"Everybody loves a cane."
"No, that's everybody loves a clown, which is what you look like with that thing."

They make your feet stink, too. Oh, God, you guys, enabling me in that Scary Quoting thing that my friend Paul can't fathom.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I think it's like "monkeys" to Buffistas. You could say it, but why? We all grok that. I also love "You've got spunk! I hate spunk." though it is not so LOL, more a chuckle-time-after-time thing. The internets have wrecked my pretty English. send help.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

A little song, a little dance...a little seltzer in your pants....

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Just the thought of, "It's Cra-ZAPPY" just made me laugh out loud at work again.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Just recalled the scene from Clone High where an entire audience is befuddled by the meaning of Joan of Arc's clone's expressionistic student film...except Freud's clone. "You love Abe! You love Abe!"
