You never know if a girl's gonna say 'yes', or if she's gonna laugh in your face and pull out your still-beating heart and crush it into the ground with her heel.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I don't think they require assless chaps, Okay?

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Usually you pay double for that kind of action, Cotton.

Is it necessary for me to drink my own urine? No, but I do it anyway because it's sterile and I like the taste.

move out and draw fire

And hey, Raimi and Campbell.

We watched Lemora: A Child's Tale of the Supernatural last night. Amazon recommended it, and it had potential. Clearly all the Amazon reviews were written by friends of the filmmakers. The Goth Gibson Girl vampire was very cool, but you should never name a vampire anything that sounds like "remora."

There was a trailer on the DVD for a flick called Blue Sunshine that seems to be some sort of corporate conspiracy thing...wonder if that's where "Blue Sun" came from?

Saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on Friday night.

I want to have Johnny Depp's babies. I thought the best Johnny scene was when he opened the gate for Veruca's father to go and rescue her from the garbage shute. The look on JD's face is so sinister and shows his obviously well thought out intentions. Very subtle but effective.

Today I'm going to see the Penguin movie with Sue. After reading askye's summarization, I'm a little worried.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I saw The Island and Wedding Crashers last night. Liked The Island a lot, after I firmly suppressed all my "Hey. that doesn't make any sense" tendencies and just went with the "Cool, pretty" ones. Ewan was adorable. We went with friends and she had never really liked him in anything but did in this, so he can win over even non-Ewan peeps.

Wedding Crashers was a really fun movie for the first hour. Great chemistry beween Vaughn and Wilson, and the Rachel McAdams was incandescent. That girl is gonna be a big ole movie star, mark my words. Second hour got rather sloooow, but I still enjoyed it.

Thrive to spite them

Megan--- March of the Penguins is very good, there were a lot of kids in the audience who really seemed to like it. It's just that the movie doesn't white wash the reality of what the penguins face in such a harsh enviornment.
