Anya: We should drop a piano on her. It always works for that creepy cartoon rabbit when he's running from that nice man with the speech impediment. Giles: Yes, or perhaps we could paint a convincing fake tunnel on the side of a mountain.

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Hey. New board.

Yeah, sorry. Initially there was a WMV one too, but I didn't download it.

I could try converting it to something else if you want, but you're probably better off waiting for an official, better-quality release. This one looks bad enough already without switching formats.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

No big, I went to another computer and watched it.

Anyone else want to pee when Jesse started singing??

Just me then? Thanks. We'll be in my bunk.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Oh, score, I'd missed that. Thanks Gris and ita!!!

Gets chills.

It said Fall 2005- I'd thought it was Christmas. Did they move it up?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Anyone else want to pee when Jesse started singing??

Heh. I was like, "Whuh?" for a minute there.

That trailer totally made me cry, but I don't know that I'd recommend the movie to someone who wasn't a fan of the show.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

See, I've never seen the show-had no desire to see it, but I know all the music and I can't wait for the movie.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Is Donnie Darko a good movie or a bad movie to watch when one is seriously PMSing?

Rent pretty much is the music, so I'd count you as someone who knows the show.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

Is Donnie Darko a good movie or a bad movie to watch when one is seriously PMSing?

Not having any firsthand experience of PMS, I'd say it's probably bad.
