I'm scooping Lyra and posting the Rent Trailer. I got the link from her LJ, though, so she gets credit.
Looks pretty good.
'Sleeper'
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Count me as another recommender of "The Traveling Pants", despite the fact that the "sheen of my debutante year" is behind me, as Brett Butler said.

I'm not getting a trailer there, Gris. Just a page describing the movie.
Link is in the upper left hand corner to the trailer. Sorry.
ETA: OOPS. It was there earlier, but they apparently took it off. I'll throw it up on my personal web space for the moment, but don't spread the link too far and wide:
In a news probably exciting to no one else but me, Gillian Armstrong's My Brilliant Career is finally out on DVD, with a director commentary and various interviews, etc. Whooo!
Also: the trailer for the new Pride and Prejududice, starring Keira Knightley (miscast, IMO) as Elizabeth and Matthew McFadyen of the Spooks/MI-5 fame as Darcy. It doesn't look much like an Austen, but I swoon anyway, because Matthew M. is just so pretty.
They look very modern. . . but pretty.

I saw that in Lyra's LJ late last night. Go you for snagging it.

Wow. I love that song. What a great way to do the trailer.
The rent trailer looked really good.

Judy Davis and Sam Neill? What's not to love? I adore that movie.
Dear producers of new P&P movie,
Lizzy is supposed to be attractively geeky, not heroin chic.
Please make a note of it.
